SSHE participated fully in the development of the RMNCAH-N investment case
The Government of Zambia in collaboration with the Global Financing Facility and other stakeholders, developed a RMNCAN-N Investment case with the following objectives:
​
•Create shared understanding by collectively identifying bottlenecks, reforms, and financing to accelerate progress in RMNCAH-N
•Reduce fragmentation by aligning financing to IC priorities
•Increase funding for IC priorities by jointly advocating for new financing, and linking IC priorities to national strategic documents such as the NHSP and RMNCHA-N Roadmap
•Improve accountability by setting achievable targets that will be jointly be monitored and tracked by Country Platform.

SSHE as a member of the Civil Society Coalition
SSHE belongs to a Civil Society Coalition and has been active in the development of strategic documents such as Zambia National Health Strategic Plan (2022 – 2026);) and Zambia RMNCAH-N Investment Case (2022 – 2024).
SSHE participates in advocacy meetings in relation to Health Care Financing.
The Country
Leadership Program (CLP)
​
SSHE has been one of the stakeholders working with the Ministry of Health and the Global Financing Facility to apply the concepts from the Country Leadership Program (CLP). The main goals of the CLP are:
​
·Enhance country leadership impact in response to specific challenges, in an effective, sustainable, and transformative manner.
​
·Convene and offer state-of-the-art knowledge and specialized know-how in areas such as integrated governance, systems change, evidence-informed policy, and behavioral change.
​
·Create a vibrant network of program alumni inspired by the country-driven, results-oriented GFF approach, among other things.



SSHE participating in a Trans-fatty Acid (TFA) Incubation Project workshop in Kenya - Nairobi.
